Maria began dancing boogie-woogie in 2009 in Yaroslavl. Also in 2014, she began teaching with Daniil, in 2015 they became Russian Boogie Woogie Champions, in 2016 – Russian Lindy Hop Champions.

Maria’s teaching career began with groups in Moscow, then there were workshops and festivals throughout Russia, and in 2016, Maria began teaching internationally. Since then, she has become a recognizable dancer and teacher traveling all over Europe and Asia.

Maria has a unique style: a mixture of clear technique, awareness and elegance. She is an experienced performer and choreographer who has done many successful shows with Daniil and other dancers. Currently, Masha is interested in the principle of active following and leading, the principle of smooth movement, rhythms and syncopations.

Daniil and Maria have been dancing for over 10 years, 7 of which they teach together. No matter what these two are dancing: boogie-woogie, lindy hop, or maybe something completely different – you will definitely notice the graceful style and first-class technique!

Dania and Masha have their special view on dance technique and philosophy, that gains more and more fans and followers while their traveling to Russian and foreign festivals. Having been in their classes, you will either be completely perplexed or absolutely admire it. Few will remain indifferent.
